1. Eligibility for Return
We accept returns for products that meet the following conditions:
- Return Window: You can return products within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition: The product must be in its original condition with all components, accessories, and packaging intact. It should be unused and free from any signs of damage or wear.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or invoice, when returning an item.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable due to hygiene, safety, or legal reasons. These include:
- Products that have been used or are missing their original packaging.
- Customized products or any items that have been personalized upon request.
3. How to Return an Item

4. Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different model or size, please contact our customer service team. We will assist you in processing the exchange as long as the item meets the return criteria.
5. Damaged or Defective Items

6. Late Returns
If more than 30 days have passed since the date of delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. However, we may be able to offer store credit on a case-by-case basis if the product is still in its original, unused condition.
7. Restocking Fees
In certain cases, a restocking fee of up to 15% may be applied to returns, depending on the condition of the item upon return. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
